New Move ... Splits drop
This is a simple move that allows you to hit a break in dramatic fashion. If you setup with a six-count sugar push, the break comes right on 1.
Call out "splits" to your partner, and then lead her forward for 1 2. Followers, you can choose whichever front leg you have more flexible splits with. When he lifts you, stand up again with both feet right underneath you.
Leaders, drop both of her hands and hold her up with your forearms in her armpits. As always, bend at your knees and lift her by straightening them. Minimize bending at the waist as this will cause you to lift with your back.
